SASA HOLIDAYS LTD. SPEARHEADS DRIVE TO ATTRACT GERMAN TOURISTS TO UGANDA

Sasa Holidays Limited, in its drive to attracts tourists from Germany to Uganda, has approached the Uganda Embassy seeking new strategies aimed at building a network with German tourism business operators in order to increase the number of tourists from the Federal Republic of Germany and surrounding countries to which the Uganda Embassy in Berlin is accredited. Sasa Holidays Ltd. is a tour and travel company, registered by the central government of Uganda and a proud member of The Association of Uganda Tour Operators (AUTO).

The drive which is spearheaded by the tour company's Managing Director, Mr. Wabeya Matanda, will see the company provide brochures, leaflets, T-shirts, as well as a promotional video that will be played in the reception hall at the Chancery and at other events organised by the Embassy. It is hoped that this will enable the Embassy promote tourism through interactive dialogue with visitors.

The Embassy encouraged Sasa Holidays Ltd. to create variations of tour packages for the consumers, adding that there are several destinations which have their own variety of advantages and unique travel destinations of adventure, culinary, history, and religious tourism.

Mr. Matanda informed his hosts that Sisa Holidays Ltd. arranges safaris to different national parks especially in Uganda and Rwanda including gorilla trekking, fishing safaris, birding safaris, games, community safaris or cultural trips like to Karamoja, Bagisu's male circumcision during the even year, Mountain Climbing, Chimpanzee tracking, beach holidays, honeymooners, island trips, etc. He added that most of their safaris are custom made and they take pride in showing their clients the beauty of the area to make their holiday trips successful, delightful and memorable!
