Registration of Ugandans

REGISTRATION OF UGANDAN CITIZENS WITH THE UGANDA EMBASSY

Ugandan Citizens visiting or residing in the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, The Vatican, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Romania are encouraged to register with Uganda Embassy in Berlin, Germany.

Benefits of registration:
1. Registration will make your presence and whereabouts known in case it is necessary to contact you in an emergency.
2. We need to regularly update our citizens with up-to-date information from Uganda.
3. We need to reunite lost and found documents with their owners. Some of these documents have been returned to us by authorities in our areas of accreditation after failing to trace the owners.

The registration is open to all Nationals. The information given in this form is protected under the Official Secrets Act.

Registration Instructions:
  • Please fill out your Personal Information. The following fields must be completed: First Name, Surname and Date of Birth.
  • Additionally, you must include one form of contact information (Full Address, Email Address, Phone Number, or Fax Number).
  • You should have your passport ready when entering your Passport Information.
  • The data you provide is encrypted and secure. The information is accessible only by authorized personnel in the Embassy in order to assist you.
Should an emergency arise, the Embassy will attempt to contact you immediately to advise you of the situation.
